Let me start by saying, I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, an auntie and a great auntie. These are by far some of my favorite titles. I love spending time outdoors, especially during the spring and fall. I love taking my son on all kinds of adventures. He is my pride and joy and we have so much fun together. I love soccer, beaches, vacations, and my family and friends.

At AIM, they call me the Director of Operations. Some days that means fixing devices, some days creating checklists, some days consulting with my management team, and some days planning fun new activities and groups. The best part of my job is that no day is ever the same, it is unpredictable and challenging, which makes me thrive. I love seeing our friends overcome challenges and live better. I love seeing their smiles when they experience things they never thought possible. I love the difference we make and the intention behind everything we do.

AIM/The Tap is a family, and one that I am so proud to be a part of. All my labels and titles are great, however when we gather together we become one family, all proudly dis-labeled. This is one of the best things about us, we are just one big happy family doing life together. I wouldn’t choose to do business or life any other way!
